File this under TIL: Chromium has a new Declarative Partial Updates feature, which uses a new <?marker> element, “which enables out-of-order streaming of content.”
So you could use this feature to recursively load content on a page after it loads without using Javascript. (I think.)
Dave Rupert has an explainer, but in short: 🤯
It’s going to take me ten years to understand the implications here (are these HTML imports I really want HTML imports it’s such an obvious feature how come we don’t have it I will abuse this feature to get it if I have to). Really cool stuff.
