Horrifying and enthralling, in its own way. Glazer’s steady cameras, often staying in one place, just capture things that seem insane as if he were just a documentarian, but with a sense of modernity. One would think that, from the modern perspective he creates, he would risk judgement from the audience, but instead there’s a sense of… horror, I think, in how quickly our worst impulses are normalized without resistance.
