I don’t think it’s quite as bad as the consensus makes it out to be, but it’s at best entirely forgettable and at worst entirely confused.
My wife figured it out five minutes in and said, “Oh, this is a Hallmark action movie.”
A total waste of time, but outside of the ridiculous musical cues, I don’t think I found it offensive like some. Just kind of lame.
