Once in a while, Seth Godin spits out a banger. He wrote a post about starting an AI business which functions as an excellent resource for starting a totally normal, not-AI business.
There isn’t much I could quote here without just quoting the whole thing, but he breaks down what people pay for (status, affiliation, freedom from fear), and what businesses pay for (avoid blame, claim credit, reduce uncertainty). He is spot on in his analysis.
I want to send this to every friend of mine who has started or is starting their own business.
