It was an honour to guest on Episode 181 of The Omni Show to share how I use OmniFocus, how to bring your whole self to your work, and what I’m worried we’re all going to lose if we rely on AI instead of our own ingenuity. I’ve been using OmniFocus for 15 years (since the release of OmniFocus 2), and it is always so much fun to geek out about this tool.
As an aside, my setup hasn’t changed that much since I wrote about how I use custom perspectives in 2017. I don’t use those perspectives anymore, because new additions like the Planned dates have changed how I use the app for the better. (I do have a neat Flagged perspective that I use that replaced the default Flagged perspective for me, but that’s probably for another post.)
OmniFocus has been with me every step of the way through my very unorthodox career. I like tools that have no limits. OmniFocus is that tool for task management.
