I take back what I said about Wright not being as fearless after Shaun of the Dead. He’s so aggressive here with his editing. In the hands of anybody else, this film would be nauseating. And yet Wright gives it so much confidence as to make it appear nearly effortless. Exceptional work — and all for the greater good.
