So much better than it had any right to be. One of the best movies of 2017 with an exceptionally strong cast and script, and easily the best “video game movie” ever made.
The only real problem here is the villain. So much of this movie emulates Indiana Jones, but Nazis are much more interesting villains than the stock paperweight here. Thankfully, the movie has other ways of raising the stakes.
Fun and exceptionally well written, this is worth your time.
