A re-watch. My favourite film of all time. Simply impeccable. Not a single line or shot is wasted. Minimalistic, violent, pointed. Many people — including my wife — call No Country for Old Men a pointless movie. But it is misunderstood. It defies expectations every time. Most importantly, it doesn’t tell a story. It shares an observation.

The most focused film I’ve ever seen.
